Ask us to remove the personal information we hold about you. We send one confirmation email to make sure the request is really yours, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.

If you have travelled with us, some records must be kept — the law requires us to retain financial and medical-coordination records. In that case we remove your personal details and keep only an anonymised record that can no longer identify you.
