Your coordinator

One name, one number

Every Bello trip is run by one dedicated coordinator, from your first message to your flight home — reachable by WhatsApp, not a call center. They live in the city you're travelling to, they know which pharmacy is open on a Sunday, and they will tell you honestly when a surgeon isn't the right fit for what you want — because they've met that surgeon, walked the ward, and checked the credentials themselves.

Meet your coordinator
One person, start to finish
The coordinator who answers your first message is the one who meets you at arrivals, sits in on your consult, and confirms your flight home. No handoffs, no ticket numbers.
They've stood in the hospital
Your coordinator has personally visited the hospital and met the surgical team — this isn't a directory listing, it's a relationship we've built and keep checking.
WhatsApp, not a call center
You have their number. Two in the morning on day five counts as a reasonable hour, and they've heard the question before.
In the room when it matters
Hospital admission, pharmacy runs, the awkward conversation about whether you're allowed to swim yet — your coordinator handles it in the local language.
